Advice to law firm management: Look into expanding into other areas of law. This would open up more positions and shake things up a bit. Offer more training and education opportunities.

Pros: Brown Winick Graves Gross Baskerville and Schoenebaum strives to give its employees a good work/life balance. They also have a knack for hiring good people who make everyday a blast.

Cons: Advancement is tough here, mainly because everyone wants to stick around, so openings are few and far between. Less chances for advancement sometimes lead to a bit too much competition between the employees.

Everyone Loves LawCrossing

LawCrossing is fantastic! When I am looking for a job, it is the first place I come to. The service is very good and I enjoyed the emails. LawCrossing has more jobs and it is more tailored. Other sites gave a lot of irrelevant results. Your site may have a great algorithm, but it felt like an actual person choosing jobs they felt would be good based on my search. I will always recommend this site!
