Offer training for the different programs used by the firm. Need some morale boosters like firm outings or parties for the staff.

The firm is technologically up to date and places a high value on computer literacy and efficiency from using connected cloud apps and programs.

What did you not like about this institution?
The firm doesn't offer much in the way of training and all the technology can be a major hurdle if an employee isn't the best with computers.
