Management needs to relax. When you treat employees the way this firm treats them, the only ones who stay are the ones who can't find work elsewhere and the ones who thrives on negativity.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
It's located in a wonderful city in the Midwest. The facilities are adequate The firm isn't too large. It isn't too hard to get hired as the process isn't too competitive.

What did you not like about this institution?
The work environment is toxic. There is a strained relationship between management and staff. Management is demanding and expects total obedience.

The partners are friendly and approachable. If you ever have any questions regarding a client matter, the partners and senior attorneys will always make time to review the matter with you. The firm provides good benefits for its attorneys and has very modern facilities. I enjoyed working there and had a great experience.
