Offer more training and mentorship. Offer tax-deductible or pre-tax bus/train fare cards. Bring back the catered lunches.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Micklin has assembled a great team of people. When problems arise, people jump in at the chance to solve it. Pay and benefits above average.

What did you not like about this institution?
Not a lot of room for advancement. Not located in city center, so commute is longer than I would like. Used to offer lunch, but stopped.
