Keep the family feel while reducing stress a bit more and raise pay for loyalty and good work over time thus encouraging even more of the family feeling of the firm.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Fantastic work and life balance and management care about the staff with an open door policy. Lots of the staff is from a bigger firm but love the family feel of this firm.

What did you not like about this institution?
Pay is lacking when compared to larger firms. Location is not great for locals. Management can be a bit moody at stressful times. It's hard to know exactly what management is going to do on any given day.
