What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
The firm needs to downsize if they are not providing employees with enough work. Those employed will seek other opportunities that offer more wages and better hours if they don't take care of their employees.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This law firm does a great job of taking care of their clients and employees. They work to provide the best representation for their clients and make sure their employees are satisfied and happy with their job.

What did you not like about this institution?
The only downside to this firm is that the offered salaries aren't great. They also don't offer many incentives for overtime work, and some weeks there's hardly any work at all. I understand this firm is small, but if the hours are not being met then people, including myself, cannot pay our bills.
