Keep being generous with your time and skills so that the new lawyers and associates coming up can learn and grow with the firm.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
You can really learn the area of employment law from the senior partners here. They are very knowledgeable and willing to share that knowledge.
What did you not like about this institution?
The pay could be better, it's not on par with other similar firms. But Norfolk isn't that expensive to live in, so I don't think it's too bad for the area.
