What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I would give the staff raises as well as have a clear advancement system. It would do more to keep competent staff around as well as improve morale. I would also emphasize to the attorneys to be nice to the staff as well. I think that would make the environment happier for everyone.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The work I have done has been very challenging and detail specific due to this type of law. I have found most of my colleagues are easily reached and I can get advice for most things. What few times this hasn't been the case was due to it being a never before seen legal scenario.

What did you not like about this institution?
The staff attorney relations have been strained. Compared to us the attorneys they do not have a lot of room for advancement. Also some of the attorneys could be a little nicer to the staff. I have seen some of my colleagues get angry for small things that they could handle themselves.
