What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
There were too many employees constantly coming and going - it made it difficult to build functional teams with a lot of trust in one another, and it wasted firm resources in general. It might be good to consider why people had such inconsistent experiences with different partners and different locations - people should be inspired to do their best work regardless of who they are working with and where.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Pretty good benefits. Decent place to get experience and demonstrate skill, especially if you plan to stay in a construction-related niche. Hours were fairly flexible and not ridiculous in general. Some partners were decent to work with.

What did you not like about this institution?
Too few opportunities for advancement. Not a lot of stability - few employees stay here for long tenures. Technology was somewhat out of date. Inconsistent expectations between different partners - different locations also had similar issues, and some locations were not that convenient to get to.
