Management needs to be more passionate about this firm and work to renovate new technology and building renovations. This will help employees and customers feel right at home.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The benefits at this job were good and I had good health insurance working here. I could go to the doctors easily and I hardly ever had to pay anything. The firm works to take care of their employees and want to make sure you're well prepared for your position.

What did you not like about this institution?
The worst part of this firm is the lack of leadership. Management is too laid back about things and just don't seem to care about bettering this firm. The building is outdated, management uses old technology and it seems like we're running in the 1970s.
