What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I think that management should be more willing to reach out to specialists in more obscure areas of law since it could help for some of our clients.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
One of the things I noticed right away from working for the firm is that my fellow associates will do everything they can to make sure you are able to work efficiently on a case. It is a work spirit that I have decided to return the favor many times as well. I love the people I work with and do everything I can to help out. The superiors also have enough trust in the associates to make sure that small decisions can be trusted to use without too much delegating.

What did you not like about this institution?
As well versed as some of the associates are in the firm, there is sometimes a lack of networking with other law firms. While this isn't a rare situation, it does limit some resources that would enable us to work as efficiently as possible on some projects.
