This firm needs to be more personal with their employees and offer more meetings to listen. This will help them feel more valued and appreciated.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The pay is good when you first start out here. Much higher than competitors in the area and they give you good vacation time as well. The benefits are great and this was the biggest perk of my position. They want you to have good healthcare which is rare to find in America.

What did you not like about this institution?
The firm is huge and can feel a bit lost at times. It's difficult to have your voice heard and the corporate atmosphere became daunting to me after a while. The work feels meaningless and the firm only cares about money over morals.
