Management needs to be more thorough when they look into hiring employees. This will help save the time by hiring employees who are more experienced.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The work environment is super friendly here and everyone gets along with everyone. There's hardly ever any work drama and if there is management takes care of it accordingly. I love working for management because they treat you tough but fair.

What did you not like about this institution?
Management doesn't do much as far as background checks before hiring employees and the place is a revolving door. They hire people with no experience and cause current employees to pick up the slack. It's tough to get anything done most days.
