What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Reworking the benefits package would be of great ""benefit"" to the associates. Why the leadership team has felt it necessary to withhold 401k match is baffling to me.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This is a good place to start or grow a career. The firm has a mentoring program to help develop associates and a training program that in my opinion is second to none. The work/life balance here is also very good.
What did you not like about this institution?
The benefits really need work. Most of the usual benefits are present, such as health insurance, but the firm doesn't match 401k contributions for some reason. There is no disability insurance and life insurance is also absent.
