What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Management needs to do a better job of being clear and direct with their employees. If management can't run a firm properly then employees will leave.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
When I was first hired at Miller, Hall & Triggs as an attorney, I was offered a great starting salary as well as benefits and lots of vacation time. They appeal to employees very easily with their generous pay in the beginning.
What did you not like about this institution?
The management at this firm is very unorganized and difficult to understand. They're not clear with their requests and constantly send out pointless memos that are unnecessary. Staff also spends a lot of time slacking off but management just simply doesn't care.
