The paralegal was very nice and friendly.
My case was taken for granted for almost three months. Nothing has done until I threw a question. I hired this firm even it is the highest rate in town thinking that I can get the best services but no. In the future, hire a different one, a much lower rate that gives the same amount of work.
Me and my husband got cheated by this firm big time! We lost our deposit, got no work done and they threatened to file a lawsuit if we open our mouths! STAY AWAY !

Shane was great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The attorney that I worked with (Shane Smith) was one of the best attorneys that I have had to deal with over my many years of dealing an attorney. He was smart (cunning) kept me informed, listened to my suggestions, got it done in a much timely fashion and would recommend him or his firm to handle any of your patent cases no matter what the size. Its refreshing to find an accurate, impressive representative for my company. I would highly recommend him to represent me anytime!!!!

Shane made the firm.
Management is doing really good by doing great analysis on variety of cases and also helping associate to build their career. Management should try and develop a fixed work hour environment.
I worked at Mccormick Barstow Sheppard Wayte & Carruth LLP for more than six years as an attorney and I can say that you will have fun at work, you will get good quality of work, and you will get feedback about your performance regularly. The review cycle is very good, and the compensation cycle is also very good. So, you get good amount of exposure and expertise.
Sometime it may happens you have to work late to complete the assigned case work but I think it is a scenario at every other law firm. So work-life balance takes a toll at certain months when pressure is on the higher side.
Thank you.
