The firm should focus on retraining management. Management needs to work on acting more professional at the firm. The focus should be on building staff relations versus billing.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The firm is filled with attorneys who support the ideals of marketing. The salary is slightly higher. The environment is upbeat in terms of staff pushing towards a place full of amusement.

What did you not like about this institution?
Management lacks professionalism. Some of the staff is rude. The focus of the firm is on billing and making profit. Many staff members are constantly fired.

Family friendship shouldn't influence the way of evaluating someone’s job. Increase bonuses for lower staff. Needs to improve technologically and embrace paperless advancements in the legal industry.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Great atmosphere at times of family oriented staff/attorneys. Easy to work there with some good training.

What did you not like about this institution?
Drama and office politics. At times it feels like breaking dawn in picking sides between some staff members. There is some people who believe they are immune to being fired due to their family or friendships to upper positions.

Most partners Are nice.
