What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
This firm is in serious need of some new leadership or else they are going to go out of business. This mentality of only caring about your own work does not work in a professional setting when working with real clients.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The pay is good and so are the hours if you can get them. There are also a few good attorneys here that will help you when the time comes that you absolutely need their help.

What did you not like about this institution?
Everyone here seems to only care about themselves. There were multiple instances in my 4 years of working here in which I had to delay my work because everyone was too busy to lend me a helping hand.
