What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Some more flexibility with hours needed would be nice. I don't have an issue with this, as I have an open schedule, but some of my co-workers have mentioned this.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I've been thoroughly enjoying my short time working with McClaugherty & Associates. I have formed many strong bonds with my co-workers and the job is very fulfilling.

What did you not like about this institution?
The only thing I can think of is that the job is very demanding. That is fine with me, but it is not for everyone, I would say.
