What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
They should have monthly or weekly meetings to try to fix some of the issues.The big one is to listen to your workers. I have tried to share my opinion on things but have just been shut out.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
There are a couple helpful associates willing to share what they know, and pay has become acceptable after some investment with the firm.
What did you not like about this institution?
As there are next to no career growth opportunities, the potential to grow is very small.A lot of the management, and other associates, are not very nice or happy people.There is a lack of communication with management.
