What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I would like to see some new blood hired. I think that this firm really is top notch, but the working area feels like it has a void in terms of attorneys working there at any given moment.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I started out as an intern but later became a full time employee at this firm. Most of the attorneys here are very successful and have very high standards. Being around attorneys with such high standards made me raise my own game up to their standards, and made me push myself to become the attorney that I am today.

What did you not like about this institution?
Some of the attorneys would leave on a very whimsical basis and some would show up only two or three days out of the week. Some of the attorneys that did this were known for showing off and seemed to be in it only for the money. They also came off as standoffish with me and seemed like they were not very passionate about their career.
