What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Maybe the partners should talk to new attorneys and find out how things are different from when they were in law school.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I've found that my coworkers are extremely dedicated and always willing to help out. I'm new here, and it's nice to know that everyone is willing to help me learn the ropes.
What did you not like about this institution?
Expectations for new associates appear to be very high. The partners don't seem to have a realistic view of what a new attorney just out of school should know, and that is making me a bit nervous.
