What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I'd like to see this firm be more open about learning some of the new ways of doing things. Perhaps they could look into hiring some new young attorney's that could help interns like me and shake things up a little bit.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
There is a very serious tone at this firm, but even then, everyone is very friendly and is willing to lend you a hand when it is crunch time. Everyone also seems very focused on getting work done and there's not much chit chat going on at any given time.

What did you not like about this institution?
I started working here as an attorney to try and learn my way around the legal field. I ended up leaving let down and disappointed, as most of the attorneys here are very old school and do not do things the way that I was taught in school.
