What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Superiors and partners need to do more to open the lines of communication with their subordinates. This will help with the cases being taken care of quicker and more properly.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
One of the things I appreciate working here are the people I work with. Attorneys here are willing to help each other out. It is a good motivating work environment.
What did you not like about this institution?
The partners and superiors are kind of difficult to get in contact with here on the regular. Sometimes there is a lot of time wasted due to difficult routes of relaying issues with cases.
