What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Increasing the amount of money paid to associates would have a positive impact, as would offering a better health insurance plan.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This is a big firm with many locations, so there is lots of room for advancement. The training program in place here is pretty good, and it doesn't seem too hard to move upward within the firm.
What did you not like about this institution?
I think that the pay and benefits are really the worst part about working here. The health insurance has a high deductible and is very expensive, and the salary is below market average.

More advancement opportunities need to be offered and the environment more structured to improve the workers there would be wonderful.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The place is large and has many clients so the work is always there. Some team members are on task all the time.
What did you not like about this institution?
I felt my time here is tedious and draining. Working here for over 10 years and with little advancement make me feel I am not deemed worth.
