Advice to law firm management: The partners do a great job managing this firm. I think they should continue along the path they've currently chosen; it seems to be working quite well.
Pros: The entire staff here is dedicated to their jobs, and it shows. The firm runs smoothly and efficiently, with nary a hiccup. Associates are well compensated and there are a lot of interesting cases to work on.
Cons: It can be hard to maintain a healthy work/life balance here sometimes. There is always more work to be done and this often translates into long hours at the office.
