Add some promotion opportunities for those looking to stay with the firm for a long time, as at this time it's impossible to advance in the firmfor the majority of associates.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
When I worked at Martin Disiere Jefferson & Wisdom, I was given good wages and learned a lot through training programs and veteran associates who are willing to share their knowledge.

What did you not like about this institution?
Promotion opportunities are limited, and hours can be a bit light because they have so many new associates being added.Due to the focus on new associates, this firm is not a great place to work at.
