What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
A leader should have been put in place ahead of time, well before the senior attorneys decided to take off from this firm. I really think that we could have kept going for at least other 50 or so years with no problem at all.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I am proud to say that Martin, Bischoff, Templeton, Langslet & Hoffman, L.L.P. was the law firm that I worked at for over 5 years before they closed their doors. Everyone that worked here, from the staff at the front to the attorney's in the back, all felt like family to me and were always willing to lend me a helping hand.

What did you not like about this institution?
Unfortunately, we lost a few really good executive attorneyswho retired, and the firm went downhill from there. If we had someone to take over the leadership role, I really feel as though we could still be thriving to this day. A lot of cases had to be dismissed after the senior attorneys started to leave, which was very unfortunate.
