This firm needs to offer more work or let some employees go. If the hours are not consistent then employees will become bored and uninterested.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Martin Law is a good place to work at first. The staff are friendly and give you the chance to ask questions if need be. When I first started I was trained through an HR program that I found very helpful and beneficial.

What did you not like about this institution?
The firm can seem a bit mundane at times. The hours are inconsistent and at times there is nothing to do. I felt bored working at this firm and didn't feel like management cared about me or other employees.
