What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I would like to see this law firm diversify and hire attorneys with more diversifying backgrounds from different regions. This would help to break up the click mentality that is currently plaguing this firm.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I ended up working here as an intern a few years back to help get my foot in the door. The attorneys and even the staff members at this firm all felt like they were a part of one big click. This was a major problem since I always felt left out and on my own even when I needed help.
What did you not like about this institution?
One of the employees that worked there was always there to lend me a hand. We even spent time off the clock discussing cases and the work environment and he agreed that they tend to not be very warm to new attorneys at his firm.
