What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I would like to see our firm give its employees more paid vacation time so that we don't always feel constrained to our work.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This firm of which I call home really cares about their clients. What I really appreciated the most when I started here was how much the attorneys here value their clients and will do just about anything for them.
What did you not like about this institution?
At times there tends to be too much of a serious tone at work and it can be quite intimidating. I feel like we should have more vacation time to relax.
