There needs to be a bigger space in the law office so that employees do not feel like they are in an enclosed space. The law firm should continue to offer guidance to the employees that they feel will benefit them.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The law firm has created a space in which it provides many opportunities for its staff. The leadership off the law firm makes accessible the ability to be guided.

What did you not like about this institution?
The law firm is very small in size and structure. There are reviews based on work done, and they will likely hire people who are able to go through the training.
