This firm should offer their employees more pay for their work. This will help give employees an incentive to work harder and have a positive attitude.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This firm has been great to me since I've been here. I'm treated with a lot of respect and get along with the Management very well. I'm treated like family and get along with everyone swimmingly.

What did you not like about this institution?
The pay could be a little better at this firm. When starting out it's alright but there isn't much room for growth. They rarely give any raises and don't offer any bonuses.
