What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
This firm needs to better accommodate their employees' home lives. Having work is important but not to the point where employees are feeling overwhelmed.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
It can feel a bit intimidating when starting at this firm, but the staff is there to answer questions if need be and later feel like family once you've worked there a while. The firm offers fun parties throughout the year and does a lot of activities to build team work and make us stronger together. The pay is also great for the position I worked in.

What did you not like about this institution?
My only gripe with this firm is the hours. It can be a bit exhausting at times and some weeks I'm pulling in well over 50 hours a week. I don't mind sometimes, but some months seem never ending and I don't see my kids a lot of the time.
