I suggest making sure that people feel like they are getting paid enough to make the hard work worth it.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
If you don't have any other options, this workplace is okay and I spent a few years here without any real regrets.
What did you not like about this institution?
The pay here just isn't high enough for what they will expect of you. The hours are also long and hard.
