It would be a good idea to force people to take some vacation time to keep before from cracking and not putting out good work after that.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This place will keep you busy without being stressed most of the time. They also pay everyone here more than enough to be happy.

What did you not like about this institution?
Some people may get exhausted with how much they work us here. They also don't give us that many vacation days.

The money.

What did you not like about this institution?
The money comes mostly from poor/impoverished consumers who were deceived by Capital One. These people are likely to become homeless as a direct result of your actions.

People, departments, offices, products, services and whatever comes to mind that should be avoided at this institution
Any same sex partners, this firm is not LGBT friendly. Only have affairs w/partners of the opposite sex.

How could this employer run its business to employees or the public better?
When a long time colleague is about to be fired.
