What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
If management is struggling because of work-load, it is worth hiring extra help. There is so much potential for this firm to be great, it just needs a few areas to run smoother.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
If you're looking for a larger firm, this is a great place to get your feet wet. I work on a team with fantastic attorneys that have been more than welcoming.
What did you not like about this institution?
This is not a place that I can picture myself at long-term. It has provided the introduction I was looking for but unfortunately has many management issues that prevent this firm from reaching its full potential.
