What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Raise the initial pay or give a big raise after the first year.If I was looking right now I might pass on this great firm because of the low initial pay.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Everyone for the most part was extremely helpful to me when I first started and still am.We all worked as a team and the transition into the firm was very easy.

What did you not like about this institution?
The pay is much lighter than I would like initially but yearly raises have brought it up some but still a little below where I would like.
