What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Do some kind of formal performance evaluations. Clearly lay out the path to becoming a partner or at least getting a raise. Show some actual leadership.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Everyone who works here gives 110%. There are no slackers here. The support staff is excellent. You gain good experience here.
What did you not like about this institution?
The concept of communication is completely foreign to management. There is almost no chance to be promoted. We never get any feedback on how we are doing.

The firm promotes a culture of practice development and collaboration. If you are a smart, ambitious, self-starter, you will exceed here.
What did you not like about this institution?
There is not much hand-holding and attorneys are expected to be competent in their fields. If you are looking for a highly structured firm, this is not it.
