Working at this firm will help you get jobs at other places if you are able to survive and get contacts.

They simply do not pay their people enough nor do they really care about you at all. To them you are easily replaceable.

Take care of your employees. Listen to their grievances. Give them well-deserved raises, even if just cost of living.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Lots of time off provided during holidays, staff and attorneys are kind for the most part and easy to get along with.

What did you not like about this institution?
No evaluations, no raises, no HR department, staff is consistently frustrated, attorneys can't get anywhere as there is no partnership or non-partnership track.

People, departments, offices, products, services and whatever comes to mind that should be avoided at this institution
No partners at firm to personally discuss as there is no partnership, but beware as a few constantly step on others to get ahead.

How could this employer run its business to employees or the public better?
Vacation time provided during the holidays is the best part about working at this firm. Most employees are kind.
