There needs to be work on resolving the conflicts and keeping more from happening if possible. We don't need them to be as common as they are.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The pay here is top of the line and you get as much vacation time as a person could reasonably ask for.

What did you not like about this institution?
Every day is a struggle. People fight and go up until real physical contact. It is not a fun place to be at most of the time.
