What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
The firm needs to organize the products used by employees. The staff is having difficulties finding these options and management needs to help.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The firm's training program is very well done. When I first started, I felt like I really had a grasp on the position given and felt like I could handle the position. Management does well to prepare you for your position and nothing really came as a surprise working there.
What did you not like about this institution?
This firm is incredibly disorganized. It's difficult to find the proper files at times and Management is too laid back most of the time. It was difficult to get anything done most of the time because I couldn't find the proper necessities and the firm did nothing to help.
