You need to take everything from the ground up and try to start over. So much of this is a mess and you have a lot of work ahead of you.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
If you work here you will indeed have a job and be employed at almost reasonable wages. You even will be able to put the time here on your resume.

What did you not like about this institution?
Every day will be like hell and an underpaid hell at that. You will dread going to work and use your sick days as much as possible.
