What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
This is a good opportunity for a lot of young attorneys, especially those who cannot or will not work at mega-firms. So the best advice is to do your research and be diligent about the opportunity that you have at this firm, because it is not for everyone.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This is not a bad place to work if you need to fill some time while you're looking for something better. This firm has a few different practice areas, so you can get your feet wet working in several areas of the law. You will have supervisors who care about your success, which is good. But if you want to earn top dollar, you will need to work at a mega-firm.
What did you not like about this institution?
There is not a lot of upward mobility here. You will probably find that senior attorneys don't want to step aside for new partners. You will also find that your colleagues at other law firms are earning a lot more than you are. That's why many people make this law firm a short stop on the long trajectory of their careers.

What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
The law office should work on getting a higher wage for hard working staff and employees. Also, the management team should equally distribute work amongst the firm to reduce the workload for employees and staff.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The law firm has created an environment in which many of the staff and employees are seen as mentors. There seems to be opportunities towards working on your career.
What did you not like about this institution?
The work at the office can sometimes cause some strain in health and relationships in your life. There is an expectation of the firm to reach perfection in the work done by employees and staff.
