What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I suggest looking to what people are having issues with and helping them with these issues if it is at all possible.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
While here, you will rarely have to worry about something crazy popping up that you haven't been prepared for, or at the very least you won't get punished for it.
What did you not like about this institution?
Things can get dull with it being fairly average here. The pay isn't amazing but it is passable for the work.
