What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Look at the vetting process involved in hiring support staff to ensure that there will be a good fit between them and the firm's attorneys - don't make things unnecessarily difficult on key personnel by pairing them with incompatible support function teams.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Compensation is above average in terms of base pay, bonuses, and benefits. Management seems to be adept in understanding when to take a hands-off approach with attorneys; I felt like I had ample opportunity to use my own professional judgement, even when I was just starting out here.

What did you not like about this institution?
Some support staff divisions didn't seem to always have my best interests in mind, as this was one of the first jobs I've had where this was the case. Hours were also rather long at certain times of the year, which this is not terribly unusual, in my experience.
