Susan Larson is not a competent lawyer and does not represent your firm well at all. She make a mistake and wants to charge us more to resolve the issue.... Interesting your firm does business in this fashion.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I have a friend who has dealt with Ken Seavoy and had a wonderful experience. Ken went out of his way to help with an issue and our friend was very pleased with the service.

What did you not like about this institution?
I do know two of the partners at this firm, but have had the displeasure of working with one of their staff lawyers who is completely incompetent. Susan Larson charged us $240 for a Quit Claim Deed, which took her over 6 months to complete, and she filed it incorrectly. When we pointed out her mistake she offered to fix her mistake by charging us an additional $100. Ridiculous! We went to another lawyer who resolved this issue within 2 weeks.
