Treat new and existing employees with respect and professionalism.These individuals need privileges just like the attorneys get.Future partnership opportunities are also a good idea.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The work and life balance is great and the hours are stable.I received insurance benefits since I was a full time employee.There is a small bonus potential.

What did you not like about this institution?
When I joined the firm, I had career growth in mind.I quickly realized there was no hope in this area at this firm.The salary is extremely low and doesn't increase over time.
