What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
The firm needs a better work and life balance. If employees are feeling burnt out, then they should lighten the work load a little bit.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I've worked at this firm for roughly 3 years now and have really enjoyed my time here. The starting pay isn't great, but they do offer raises over time and the room for advancement is quite high. They also have no gripes if wanting to leave for better opportunities and always encourage employees to do their best.

What did you not like about this institution?
The only thing I would change about this firm is the hours. They're good if you want a lot of work, but can be a bit exhausting at times. Sometimes I feel I don't get to see my family as much.
