Employees need to be taken more seriously with management. This way they will feel needed in this firm and a part of the group.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I've greatly enjoyed my experience working at Keith D. associates. Upper management is friendly and personable and always there to answer any questions or concerns. The work environment is always very calm and hardly ever has any confrontation or disagreements.

What did you not like about this institution?
My only gripe with this firm is the lack of improvements. This firm has been using old and dated technology and it can be a struggle to get work done at times. They also never listen to employees when they make suggestions.

If you are a complete scumbag this is the place for you! It is a requirement to be rude and unhelpful, so if you have previous BMV experience you will get a job in no time.

Sometimes Keith will ask you to suck his last name.
